                                                                    Oral communication

We can define Oral communication is the process of verbally transmitting information and ideas from one individual or group to another. Oral communication can be either formal or informal. In other word oral Communication is a process where one sets out to convey a message to another person through the medium of words, gestures and pictures etc. In oral communication we improved our skill and understand how to communicate with others. When most people think of verbal communication, they think of speaking but listening is an equally important skill for this type of communication to be successful.

There are four main types of communication we use on a daily basis: Verbal, nonverbal, written and visual .Oral or verbal communication describes any type of interaction between individuals which makes use of words and involves speaking and listening.

Examples of oral communication within an organization include: staff meetings, business meetings and other face-to-face meetings, Personal discussions. Different group of people talk to each other is also one example of oral communication.

Today people use oral communication to empathize, cooperate, rebuke, request, inform, caress and attack. Speech, especially symbolic speech, is one of our most uniquely human attributes. During oral communication, the qualification, knowledge, experience, and motive should be considered by the speaker. The language should be simple and understandable to the audience. Different steps or elements involve in oral communication like as speaker, message, channel, audience, feedback, noise and interference and presentation.

The communication process is made up of four key components. Those components include encoding, medium of transmission, decoding, and feedback sender and the receiver.

The context of Oral communication refers to the speaking and listening skills needed to participate verbally in discussions, exchange thoughts and information, make clear and convincing presentations, and interact with a variety of audiences. Communication contexts include intrapersonal, interpersonal, group, public, and mass communication.

Oral communication is important in business mainly because it provides transparency among team members.

In my conclusioncommunication is not just words it is a mixture of tone and body language. You can effectively utilize your voice tone and body language to convey your message across. It is often advised to establish eye to eye contact wherever possible rather than other forms of indirect communication. Communication skills are important if we are to build meaningful relationships with services users.

According to my mine the main advantages of oral communication is Time-saving, cost savings, more powerful, Immediate feedback, Effectiveness, A relationship develops, Easiness, Motivation Maintaining secrecy. As well as disadvantages are no record, expensive, limited use, confused speech, late decision ,less important, defective, lack of secrecy.

History of charge concepts

Assignment physics Electric charge Electric charge , basic property of  matter  carried by some elementary particles. Electric charge, which can be positive or negative, occurs in discrete natural units and is neither created nor destroyed . Many fundamental, or subatomic, particles of matter have the property of  electric charge . For  example ,   Electrons have negative  charge   Protons have positive  charge , but Neutrons have zero  charge History of charge: In the 18th century , Ø Benjamin Franklin   in America tried experiments with  charges . It was Franklin who named the two kinds of electricity 'positive' and 'negative' . He even collected electric  charges  from thunderstorm clouds through wet string from a kite. Ø Franklin was an advocate of a ‘single fluid’ model of electric charge. An object with an excess of fluid would have one charge; an object with a deficit of fluid...

The Current Situation in Pakistan

The Current Situation in Pakistan Pakistan continues to face multiple sources of internal and external conflict. While incidences of domestic terrorism have reduced, in part due to measures taken by the Pakistani state, extremism and intolerance of diversity has grown. There is some recognition by the state that instead of merely kinetic responses holistic counterterrorism policies are needed to counteract this trend. The growing extremism has been fueled by a narrow vision of Pakistan’s national identity, threatening the country’s prospect for social cohesion and stability. The inability of state institutions to reliably provide peaceful ways to resolve grievances has encouraged groups to seek violence as a legitimate alternative. While peaceful political transitions occurred in both 2013 and 2018, the country is still facing mounting debt crisis and a perennial trade imbalance on the economic front.Furthermore, Pakistan’s high-profile disputes with neighboring India and Afghanistan h...
